Shipping & Return FAQs
When will I receive my order?
In-stock items ship out same day or next business day. ALL orders are shipped via next day delivery (FedEx) or local courier delivery within the Houston-area. Items not in-stock (special orders, custom designs, personalized items, altered, shortened, etc) will ship upon completion. This can range from 1-4+ weeks from the time the order is placed. We will notify you within 24 hours of placing your order of estimated shipping and delivery times. Feel free to contact us with any questions as well.
Can I return my order?
Most items are eligible for return. Returns will either be issued a refund or store credit. If you are unsure of the policy on the item you are interested in purchasing, please see the "Changed My Mind" section on the product page. Feel free to contact us with any questions as well.
What items are NOT eligible for return?
