Custom Design & Ring Builder

Most custom engagement rings are completed within 2–4 weeks after final design approval. While design revisions and approval timelines can affect the overall process, we strive to deliver every piece as efficiently as possible. If your design requires additional time or an unexpected production delay occurs, we will keep you informed every step of the way.

Custom engagement rings vary based on the design, center stone, and precious metal selected. Most custom rings begin around $3,000 due to the cost of gold and platinum, but we have no minimum spend requirement and will help you create something beautiful within your desired budget.

Many clients come to us with photos, sketches, and ideas for inspiration. We use those references as a starting point, then collaborate with you to create a custom design that reflects your personal style and vision. The result is a beautifully crafted ring inspired by what you love, yet distinctly your own.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to begin production on custom and special-order pieces. We take great care throughout the design and manufacturing process to ensure your piece reflects your vision. Our team will guide you every step of the way, with a focus on craftsmanship, communication, and your complete satisfaction.

Yes. Minor design revisions can typically be accommodated at no additional charge. If a requested change requires significant redesign work or differs substantially from the initial design concept, a design modification fee may apply. We will always discuss any potential fees with you in advance and obtain your approval before proceeding.

Diamonds & Gemstones

Yes. We offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds and are committed to helping you understand the differences between them. During your consultation, we'll discuss the benefits, considerations, and characteristics of each option so you can confidently select the diamond that best fits your preferences, priorities, and budget.

While natural and lab-grown diamonds share the same physical and optical properties, they differ in origin, rarity, and long-term value characteristics. During your consultation, we'll explain the advantages and considerations of each option, providing the education and guidance needed to make an informed decision that aligns with your goals.

All natural diamonds sourced for engagement rings are GIA certified and include the original grading report upon delivery. We also offer GIA-certified diamonds in select jewelry pieces, including diamond stud earrings, eternity bands, and bracelets. If you have specific certification requirements for a custom piece, we are happy to accommodate your request.

The 4Cs are the four characteristics used to evaluate a diamond's quality and value: Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat Weight. Cut refers to how well the diamond's facets reflect light, giving it brilliance and sparkle. Color measures how colorless a diamond is, graded from D (colorless) to Z (light yellow or brown). Clarity describes the absence of internal inclusions or surface blemishes. Carat Weight indicates the diamond's size, measured in carats. Together, these four factors determine a diamond's overall beauty, rarity, and price. During your consultation, we'll walk you through each of the 4Cs to help you choose the diamond that best fits your priorities and budget.
