All orders placed before 2 PM during business hours will ship the same day. For orders over $5,000, we reserve the right to delay shipment by up to 5 business days. We will be in contact with you during this waiting period. Orders are only shipped Monday through Thursday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Custom, personalized, and special orders will be shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight (or FedEx 2nd Day, USPS Priority) when complete. See each item’s listing for approximate production times.
Domestic Shipping – At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
Signature Required – All packages will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the package will not be delivered. A second and sometimes third attempt will be made, depending on the carrier. Returned packages will require payment of shipping charges again.
Shipping Insurance – All packages are fully insured. Once a package is delivered and signed for, our insurance coverage expires. We are not responsible for packages signed for by reception desks, mail rooms, co-workers, doormen, or similar third parties. We will make every effort to coordinate shipping with our clients to ensure they are ready to accept packages as quickly as possible.
PO Boxes – We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Shipping Damages – If damage occurs, please contact us for assistance. Take photos of all contents (outer packaging, inner packaging, jewelry packaging, and your jewelry item(s)).
