Return & Exchange Policy

At Dubin’s Fine Jewelry, every piece is crafted and curated with the highest standards of quality. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and we are here to ensure your experience is exceptional.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with all packaging, tags, and documentation included. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@dubinsfinejewelry.com. Once approved, we will provide a complimentary return shipping label and clear instructions for sending your piece back to us. Please note, returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your piece, the most seamless option is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved. Our team will be happy to guide you through this process.

Non-Returnable Pieces
Because of their bespoke nature, certain items are final sale. This includes (but is not limited to) personalized, custom, special order, engraved, and made-to-order designs. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you’re unsure whether your purchase qualifies, we encourage you to reach out—we’re here to assist.

Damages & Quality Concerns
We take great care in preparing each order. Should your piece arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately so we can make it right without delay.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind your bank or card provider may require additional time for processing.
